"I was given the Spine Tube for a trial period following an injury to my back. I soon decided I was not going to give it back! 

So, what has the Spine Tube done for me?

1. It has strengthened my core, which has helped support my spine.
2. It has allowed a pleasant stretching of the spine that makes it feel more open. 
3. It has supported my healing in between my appointments. Starting off with just a few minutes a few times a day, I began to feel the difference in the way I held my posture. I’m now spending half an hour on the Tube a few times a day, just because I love the stretch. 
4. It has helped with the opening of my chest and feeling the opening of my chest, which has had a secondary benefit to me in allowing my lungs to expand fully, with full steady breathing. For any asthma suffers out there it’s fantastic. 

Now, I wasn’t given the Spine Tube for this reason and maybe it’s not for everyone to be used for this purpose, but I love to meditate and connect to my spiritual self. I realised quite by chance that my meditation sessions and my connections have significantly altered, from breath work to deep dive meditations, this is a whole new experience.

I decided to explore this not only with myself and the benefits of being much more aware, open and finding space within. I asked a friend to try it out she loved it and thought it would be fantastic within meditation classes, yoga, yoga nidra and sound bathing sessions. So, if this is your thing and you want to up your connection to source, I personally believe the Spine Tube helps open up your chakras allowing the life force to flow better than I have ever experienced before! 

So finally I’d like to say, for a cost of £45, it’s not a cost to you ever. I truly believe this is an investment in you for £45."
