The Relaxing Spine Tube
Are you struggling with neck and lower back pain due to poor posture at your desk? Designed by Osteopath John Brewster, the Relaxing Spine Tube was created to help those who spend time in front of screens, often in a poor posture and who are moving or exercising less than they would like.
For only £29.99 (including UK delivery) you can feel your spine regain its length.
Asthma Sufferers
Another condition which has been hugely improved by the Relaxing Spine Tube is Asthma. After a few weeks of use, medication is often halved (or more), physical ability e.g. walking, is profoundly improved, even in people who do sport.
Reports from asthmatics using the Spine Tube before they do sport shows it improves their ability, if used alongside the 10-minutes before bed sessions as prescribed. Asthmatics have also mentioned how they feel their chests expand and improve their ability to breath, giving them much more confidence in their breathing.

About The Relaxing Spine Tube
When used daily the Relaxing Spine Tube helps ease neck and low back pain. By simply lying along the length of the tube, your spine is “re-set”, allowing any pain to ease away.
With just 10 minutes daily use of the Spine Tube and one further exercise that can be done when standing, both work together to ease more stubborn or difficult pains in the spine.
There is a video of how to use the Relaxing Spine Tube and the standing exercise below.

A Word From Our Founder - John Brewster
The Relaxing Spine Tube was designed to not only ease back, neck or shoulder pain (from poor posture at work or gardening) but, due to where it presses on the spine, it is able to relax or reset the nervous system. As I say to my patients, it “reboots your electrics”. This means that conditions which have any degree of stress or threat involved, for example in asthma where the individual struggles to breath or in concussion where there is trauma to the body, then the Spine Tube helps re-set the system. At our local rugby club where I work, we now include the Spine Tube as part of the protocol for return to play in concussion and persistent concussion syndrome, where it seems particularly helpful.
The same is so for headaches and migraines. For headaches the Spine Tube helps re-set the mechanics of the neck and associated areas, and with migraines it helps re-set the irritated brain pain that is so debilitating in this condition.
As an additional benefit, we are also finding that regular use of the Spine Tube can improve wellbeing, sleep patterns and snoring.

How To Use The Relaxing Spine Tube
The Relaxing Spine Tube is just over 1 metre long and has a diameter of around 7cm. It fits easily in the corner of a room, behind your sofa, or it can be hung by the ergonomic hanger with the Relaxing Spine Tube logo on.

“I have known John Brewster for several years and I usually see him once a year to sort out my aches and pains. Due to work commitments I was struggling to make an appointment, so I bought one of his Relaxing Spine Tubes.
I have been using it twice a day now for 2 weeks and I can’t believe how much better I feel. My neck pain has completely gone and I can feel how much better my posture is. I thoroughly recommend this product, it’s so easy to use and highly effective.”
